Training
Training in project craft on a topic of your choice and need. Usually with the necessary minimum of theory, practical exercises and case studies.
Consulting project
A project tailored to your needs. Combines training, consultation, mentoring, active (co-)management.
Contract
Primary focus is on the effective resolution of your project and knowledge transfer is neglected.
