In such a case, it makes more sense to opt for consulting collaboration rather than taking over management responsibility, so that the above can first be meaningfully set up together.

Cooperation in 5 steps

1) Introductory meeting

A short 20–30-minute online meeting to clarify the scope of the project and whether cooperation makes sense.

2) Situation analysis

I will map out the project, stakeholders, risks, priorities, tasks in progress, and the status of the team.

3) Presentation of the plan

I will draw up a clear plan, which we will then follow together if we reach an agreement.

4) Client's decision

If you agree with the plan, only then will I invoice you and the paid collaboration will begin.

5) Cooperation and results

I will immediately take over management of the project within the agreed scope and report regularly on its status.
