When does an interim manager make sense?

The project has fallen behind schedule, deadlines are approaching, tasks are piling up, and the customer is starting to get nervous.
Communication is poor, tasks are unclear, and different people are pulling the project in different directions.
The internal PM has no experience with this type of project.A tender or implementation is underway, or several projects are running in parallel, and the internal team no longer has the capacity.
You have an important review, audit, or meeting with a client coming up that requires professional management.
The current PM has left, is on long-term sick leave, or has not yet been hired, and the project cannot wait.
Cooperation in 5 steps
1) Introductory meeting
A short 20–30-minute online meeting to clarify the scope of the project and whether cooperation makes sense.
2) Situation analysis
I will map out the project, stakeholders, risks, priorities, tasks in progress, and the status of the team.
3) Presentation of the plan
I will draw up a clear plan, which we will then follow together if we reach an agreement.
4) Client's decision
If you agree with the plan, only then will I invoice you and the paid collaboration will begin.
5) Cooperation and results
I will immediately take over management of the project within the agreed scope and report regularly on its status.
